A free, one-hour First-Time Home Buyer Workshop is available to provide an introduction to the benefits of homeownership, the purchase process and how our services help first-time buyers.

Our clients have purchased single-family, multi-family, condominium and townhouse units. Families planning to build a home can also use our services.

• Home buyer education (choose from “live” classes via Zoom or online self-paced education)
• One-on-one coaching

• Purchase Financing, Down Payment & Closing Cost Assistance Loans (option through affiliate HHOC Mortgage)

How much will these services cost?

The one-hour First-Time Home Buyer Workshop is free to all interested home buyers.

If you are interested in taking the next step, you will be asked to fill out an intake form and pay the $75 lifetime membership fee. If you opt for homeownership coaching, additional documents will be requested to allow your coach to prepare an assessment prior to your appointment including identification of first-time buyer programs (if applicable). All classes and one-on-one coaching are included at no additional charge.
